a. Free Plan and Paid Upgrade

SocialMate Creator offers a free plan for users along with an optional one-time upgrade available for USD 67. The upgrade provides additional features as outlined on our site. Please note that because the application is fully open and the upgrade is optional, all payments are final, and no refunds will be provided.

b. Payment Terms

  • One-Time Payment: The upgrade is a one-time payment of USD 67.
  • No Refunds: Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • Optional Upgrade: Users may choose to remain on the free plan or opt for the upgrade at any time.

3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

a. Account Creation

To access certain features of SocialMate Creator, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

b. Security and Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

c. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm our platform or other users. Specifically, you agree to refrain from:

  • Posting or transmitting offensive language or content,
  • Sharing content that is overtly political or inflammatory in nature,

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Egypt. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt for any disputes arising under these Terms.
